Discover the New Toyota Avalon

A Brand-New Look, Inside and Out

Longer, lower, and wider than ever before, the 2019 Avalon embodies the philosophy of Technical Beauty, which has lead Toyota’s design team to develop a muscular, performance-focused profile. Carefully shaped surfaces and eye-catching rocker panels behind the front wheels help deliver an expressive look that’s sure to stand out wherever your adventures lead.

Inside, the Avalon is more subdued. Even with a range of premium features, including available wood and aluminum accents, the Avalon’s cabin offers a comfortably low-profile feel. And upgrades under the hood allow for a quiet cabin with reduced noise, vibration, and harshness.

New Engine Choices Blend Efficiency With Performance

The updated Avalon offers you a choice between two all-new powertrains, each delivering plenty of strength without detracting from this sedan’s appealing fuel efficiency.

Seeking peak power? Look for a 2019 Toyota Avalon with a 3.5L V6, which supplies 301 horsepower while achieving an estimated combined fuel economy of up to 26 mpg.

If efficiency is your priority, the available 2.5L Dynamic Force 4-cylinder Toyota Hybrid System II with a 650-volt electric motor serves up 215 net horsepower — a 15-horsepower increase over the previous model year — while scoring an impressive combined fuel economy of up to 44 mpg.

Technology for the Savvy Driver

For a totally modern driving experience, the 2019 Toyota Avalon offers a selection of available technologies, from innovative safety features to premium sound systems.

Toyota Safety Sense™ P comes standard in every 2019 Avalon, bundling a range of active systems to keep you confident in the city and on the highway, including a blind spot monitor, pedestrian detection, and more. Other available upgrades, such as the panoramic view monitor and the rear cross-traffic braking system, will keep you at ease while you’re on the move.

And to keep you entertained throughout your adventures, the available 8-speaker JBL performance audio system and 14-speaker, 7.1-channel surround sound systems can immerse you in crisp, clear audio for your favorite music, podcasts, and radio stations. The new Avalon has something to offer everyone, and you’ll want to see it for yourself if you’re interested in the refreshed model.

A close up of the front of the 2019 Toyota Corolla Hatchback

Toyota enthusiasts got their first look at the all-new 2019 Toyota Corolla Hatchback when it debuted at this year’s New York International Auto Show, and the reimagined compact car didn’t disappoint. While Corolla generations of the past have been marked by their dependability and practicality, the new Corolla Hatchback looks to burst onto the scene as Toyota’s most athletic small car yet.

Here’s what to expect from Toyota’s newest compact when it breaks into the marketplace later this year.

The 2019 Toyota Corolla Hatchback: Trims and Specs

Performance

The new Corolla Hatchback aims to improve upon the Corolla iM’s power without sacrificing fuel efficiency. Two transmission options will be made available for the new TNG 2.0L engine: a 6-speed iMT manual transmission, and a Dynamic-Shift CVT. While both offer the outstanding fuel economy you’d expect from a Corolla, the Dynamic-Shift CVT boasts a variety of performance features, including:

  • Simulated 10-speed Sequential Shiftmatic steps
  • Sport Mode
  • Paddle Shifters
  • The world’s first launch gear for a passenger CV

Each of the above elements will contribute to an experience marked by enhanced handling and diminished lag.

Design

Corolla Hatchback shoppers will have the choice of two high-function trims engineered under the new TNGA platform: the XE or XSE. Either will show off a sports-coupe-inspired design highlighted by LED lights, a chrome rear diffuser, and a lower, wider stance. But the XSE trim comes with an extra set of perks, like:

  • LED fog lights
  • 18” alloy wheels
  • Chrome front grille
  • Available Adaptive Front Lighting System (AFS)

And that’s just the outside. In the cabin, the Corolla Hatchback packs heated front seats, combination leather sport seating surfaces, and dual-zone climate control — making it the most driver-centric compact available.

Safety and Technology

The new Corolla Hatchback is groundbreaking in more ways than one. As the first North American car to feature standard Toyota Safety Sense 2.0, the Corolla Hatchback won’t just boost performance — it’ll improve your peace of mind, too.

The following technologies will come with each trim:

  • Pre-Collision System w/ Pedestrian Detection
  • Full-Speed Range Dynamic Radar Cruise Control
  • Lane Departure Alert w/ Steering Assist
  • Automatic High Beam
  • Lane Tracing Assist
  • Road Sign Assist

The Corolla Hatchback will constantly work to protect you, but that doesn’t mean it’s all work and no play. Both the XE and XSE trims will be equipped with Entune™ 3.0 Audio. That means that an 8” touch-screen, Wi-Fi connectivity, Apple CarPlay, and Amazon Alexa integration will come standard.

Three 2019 RAV4 SUVs posed in front of mountains

Plenty of headlines came out of this year’s New York International Auto Show, but none bigger than this one: The Toyota RAV4, the model that created the crossover SUV segment, is about to change the game once again.

When the all-new 2019 Toyota RAV4 rolled onto center stage at the Jacob Javits Convention Center, industry enthusiasts noticed a fresh, formidable appearance that’s on par with the larger 4Runner and Highlander models.

But that’s not all they noticed. Find out what the redesigned RAV4 has in store for drivers when it makes its North American retail debut this winter.

Why the 2019 Toyota RAV4 Will Change Everything

Performance

The new RAV4 will come with a choice of two robust powertrains: a 2.5L engine paired with an 8-speed Direct-Shift automatic transmission for gas models, or a 2.5L engine mated with a Toyota Hybrid System transmission for hybrid models. Each is engineered to improve upon both the previous generation’s responsiveness and fuel economy.

Dynamic Torque Vectoring All-Wheel Drive (AWD) has been incorporated to enhance handling. Rear Driveline Disconnect has been added to boost efficiency numbers.

Bottom line? The new RAV4 will provide a sportier, more capable ride for drivers of all lifestyles.

Style

The 2019 RAV4 has a new style for a new generation. This crossover achieves the perfect combination of ruggedness and charisma, thanks to a more prominent nose and shoulders. But it’s not all form and no function. The RAV4’s facelift contributes to increased forward and side visibility and a higher ground clearance.

And that’s just the exterior. Everything about the RAV4’s cabin embodies the modern driving experience — from the standard Qi wireless charger to the panoramic moonroof.

Safety

The new RAV4 will be outfitted with Toyota Safety Sense™ 2.0. That means you’ll get everything you expect from Toyota predictive safety technology, like the Pre-Collision System with Pedestrian Detection, Full-Speed Range Dynamic Radar Cruise Control, and Lane Departure Alert with Steering Assist.

But you’ll also enjoy a few pleasant surprises. With Lane Tracing Assist, your RAV4 will keep you on the right track by detecting any veering outside the white or yellow lane markings. With Road Sign Assist, it will visually and audibly alert you in case a street sign sneaks up on you.

A 2018 Toyota Tundra

News Release

Philadelphia, PA:

Millions worldwide witnessed history as Coach Doug Pederson and the Philadelphia Eagles claimed their first Super Bowl victory in franchise history with a 41-33 win over the New England Patriots on February 4. As a proud automotive partner of the team, Toyota was honored to be a part of the soaring celebration on the field after the big game.

But the fun only started at U.S. Bank Stadium in Minneapolis, Minnesota, the venue for Super Bowl LII. The following Thursday, hundreds of thousands of diehard Eagles fans flocked into the streets of downtown Philadelphia for the “Parade of Champions.”

Toyota was once again on-hand for the action as the official title sponsor of NBC10’s coverage. And the automaker delivered a surprise almost as dazzling as the “Philly Special” trick play executed to perfection by Trey Burton and Nick Foles: A Toyota Tundra decked out in Eagles gear from bumper to bumper.

The midnight green and black full-size pickup truck passed Philly fanatics on Broad Street, JFK Blvd., and Benjamin Franklin Parkway before stopping at the Philadelphia Art Museum, where the parade culminated with speeches by Jason Kelce, Chris Long, and others.

Congratulations From Ardmore Toyota

As both a certified Toyota dealership and a fixture in the Philadelphia community, we were proud to see the Eagles hoist the Lombardi trophy on Super Bowl Sunday and bring it back to the “City of Brotherly Love.” It was a day that will forever reside in the hearts and minds of Philadelphia — and Ardmore Toyota.

Games, fire pits, and 12 days of Christmas movies await attendees. The Christmas fun doesn’t stop at Macy’s. The Christmas Village market at JFK Plaza starts the day after Thanksgiving and continues through Christmas Eve. Visitors indulge in everything from refreshments to handmade ornaments and apparel. Take the trip in your Corolla, and your fellow merrymakers will thank you for the warm and roomy cabin.
