Philadelphia, PA:

Just as the snow began to fall on December 15, the 11th annual Toyota Tundra Food Drive brought 350,000 meals to those who needed it most in Delaware County, Pennsylvania.  

The event, which was hosted by the Tri-State Toyota Dealers Association (TDA), collected a record-setting 340,000 lbs. of non-perishable food for hunger relief. Using 78 Toyota Tundra pickup trucks, the TDA and its partners transported the donated food to Citizens Bank Park under escort of the Philadelphia Police Department. It was received by Philabundance, a local food rescue organization.

Since its inception more than ten years ago, the Toyota Tundra Food Drive has collected approximately 880,000 lbs. of non-perishable goods for the food insecure in the Philadelphia area.
