On Tuesday August 24th, 2014, Max Paul’s Ardmore Toyota donated their 5th Prius to Lower Merion Township. On hand were Ryan Pesin from Ardmore Toyota and Bob Duncan from Lower Merion Township. This partnership is now on its 5th Prius that Ardmore Toyota has donated to the township to use for Inspections and Township Management.
As a Hybrid that gets 53 Miles Per Gallon in the City, the township is equipped with one of the most advanced Hybrid models that saves the township on gas and also helps the environment. This is a 2014 Toyota Prius c in the color of Summer Rain Metallic. Signs By Tomorrow of Ardmore, Pennsylvania assisted in the wrapping of this Prius c model. As a special surprise, Japanese Exchange students from the University of Penn English Language Programs happened to be visiting Ardmore Toyota the same day and took photos of the Prius c donated by Ardmore Toyota to Lower Merion Township. These students are the future Engineers and businesspeople of Toyota Motor Corporation.
Max Paul has always been very involved with the local community ever since Central City Toyota started in University City in 1969, including supporting Ronald McDonald House, The School District of Philadelphia, and many other important parts of the Philadelphia Community. He has continued that community support with Lower Merion Township which is where Ardmore Toyota resides.
National Night Out 2014
On Tuesday August 5th, 2014 in Suburban Square, Ardmore Toyota helped sponsor National Night Out. Thousands of guests enjoyed live music, food, rides, carnival games in recognition of Crime Prevention and Community watch groups. It was also a celebration and recognition for all the hard work our Police and Fire and Medical teams offer to those in Lower Merion Township.

On Friday June 27th, 2014 the lucky winner of the Toyota Motor Sales, USA (Central Atlantic Toyota) 2014 Toyota Corolla Valentine’s Day Giveaway Promotion picked up her new Car. Ardmore Toyota would like to congratulate Paulette on winning the grand prize…A 3 Year Lease of a 2014 Toyota Corolla LE Plus!
The promotion was highlighted by direct mail and online marketing primarily focused on Pennsylvania, Maryland, Delaware, West Virginia, Washington DC and Virginia. The winner was randomly selected from eligible entries from nearly 90 participating dealerships. Ardmore Toyota hosted a breakfast celebration where all the employees of Ardmore Toyota were on hand to celebrate & congratulate Paulette and her family. Almost a dozen members of Central Atlantic Toyota were also on hand including the head of Service & Parts Operations for Central Atlantic Toyota.

Toyota dominated Cars.com’s 2014 American-Made Index, which rates the top 10 cars “built and bought in the U.S.” Toyota placed four cars in the top 10, including Camry which leads the list of cars on the index, and ranks second overall. That’s more than the Detroit Three: Ford, General Motors and Chrysler, which placed only one car each in the top 10.

Sojourner Truth Walk
We were happy to support the 2nd Annual Sojourner Truth Walk Celebrating Girl’s and Women’s Leadership! The event happened on Saturday, April 26th, and we were glad to be a part of and contribute to such a great cause.
The walkathon is named in honor of Sojourner Truth, an African-American woman who escaped slavery and then fought to end it, while also speaking out for women’s rights and economic justice. She, along with many others, has served as an inspiration and role model for generations to come. We are walking in her footsteps!

Ardmore Toyota and Central City Toyota were happy to be a sponsor of the Twilight Run 5K! We had a booth where the 2014 Scion FR-S and xB were displayed, and we offered free branded giveaways in exchange for consumers to take photos of themselves with the cars and post it to their social media pages!
