All 2017 Prius trims are powered by the same engine, a 1.8-liter aluminum double overhead cam V4 featuring Variable Valve Timing with intelligence. This motor pushes out 95 horsepower. When coupled with the electric hybrid motor system, the Prius has a total output of 121 horses.
Performance
