Night Drop Instructions

* Park your vehicle in the rear of the dealership. If no spots remain, park in one of the two left lanes of the main entrance underpass.

* Please do not block the main entrance underpass drive thru right lane.

* Night Service Drop box Located on the left of the main entrance underpass, just past the entrance to the service department sliding doors.

 * Completely fill out the envelope. (Name, Address, Phone number, Email, Vehicle Condition and Service Needed, etc…).

* Designate any special instructions or time requirement.

* Make sure to sign your night drop note at the bottom of the form.

* If your appointment is for state inspection/emissions, place your registration and insurance cards inside the night drop envelope.

 * Place keys inside of envelope and seal.

 * Re-Open night drop box door and put envelope into the slot.

 * Push envelope all the way through the slot to ensure it drops on the backside of the box and verify keys went through the box.

* Do Not Block Garage Doors at any time.

* Please attempt to first park in the parking spaces in the back. If there are no open spaces along the building, proceed around the dealership and park on the left hand side in the main entrance/underpass.

Ardmore Toyota Entrance you can park in the left two lanes only if there are no parking spaces remaining in the rear parking lot. (below)
